Section 1 — Our commitment
Clarity65 (a service of TMS Insurance Brokerage, Inc.) is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, or other assistive technologies.
We believe everyone deserves equal access to the information and services we provide. Accessibility is not a finished project — it's an ongoing effort. We regularly review and improve our Site to make it more usable for everyone.
Section 2 — Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Clarity65 aims to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with a goal of meeting Level AAA where reasonably possible. We pay particular attention to accessibility for older adults, since our primary audience is people age 65 and older.
Specific design decisions we've made with accessibility in mind:
- Body text is set at 18 pixels minimum — larger than most websites — to support readability for older adults
- Color contrast on text and backgrounds meets or exceeds WCAG AA standards
- Touch targets (buttons, links, form fields) are sized for ease of use, including for people with reduced motor control
- Forms are labeled clearly, with input formats explained
- Images include alternative text describing their content
- Headings are structured in a logical hierarchy for screen reader navigation
- Phone numbers are clickable links so they work on phones and assistive devices
- Color is not the only way information is conveyed; we also use text, icons, or shape
Section 3 — Assistive technologies supported
Our Site is designed to be compatible with the most recent versions of major assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Screen magnification software: ZoomText and built-in operating system magnifiers
- Voice recognition: Dragon NaturallySpeaking and built-in operating system voice controls
- Keyboard-only navigation: the Site can be navigated entirely with a keyboard
We test on the most current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on both desktop and mobile.
Section 4 — Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations:
Third-party content. Some content embedded on the Site is provided by third parties (such as the GoHighLevel forms or the Sunfire plan comparison tool). We have limited control over the accessibility of third-party content but work with our vendors to advocate for accessibility improvements.
Older content. As we improve the Site over time, older content may be updated on a rolling basis.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our Site, we want to hear about it. See Section 6 for how to contact us.
Section 5 — Alternative access
If you have difficulty accessing any part of our Site, we can provide the same information in an alternative format. We can:
- Walk you through any information from the Site over the phone
- Email you content in an alternative format
- Mail you printed information if needed
- Connect you with a licensed agent who can answer your questions verbally
You don't need our website to work with us.
All of our services are available by phone. Calling 866-531-6565 during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm CT) connects you with a licensed agent who can help with any Medicare or insurance question.
